Indians fans are overjoyed -- jubilant at the steely nerve of their young players. And they're thankful -- thankful to have a Congressman who can invoke his Elf powers to bring down a swarm of insects to confound the skills of the Yankee veterans.

What a game. I watched a lot of it. Between reading the paper and doing half a crossword puzzle (this week's is tough; last week's was easy).
